We have two locations in Southern Connecticut for convenient access to state-of-the-art equipment, physical rehabilitation and habilitation services. In August of 2026, we will launch two mobile clinics that will go to Eastern CT and to the NorthWest corner of CT. This will allow us to serve up to 250,000 people with moderate to severe mobility/independence risks.
