What is Moving With HOPE?

Long-term, technology-enhanced neurological recovery and adaptive fitness

Founded in 2010, Moving With HOPE is a nonprofit center for long-term neurological recovery and adaptive fitness.

We help people continue building strength, mobility, independence, and quality of life after traditional therapy ends.

We commonly work with people living with:

  • Stroke
  • Spinal cord injury
  • Traumatic brain injury
  • Multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease
  • Complex orthopedic conditions
  • Age-related balance, strength, and mobility changes

We offer specialized guidance, and adaptive exercise people need to keep moving forward.

Who It’s For

Moving With HOPE is designed for adults who want to feel steadier, safer, and more confident in daily life.

This includes:

  • Adults 50+ who want to remain active and independent
  • People concerned about balance, falls, strength, or mobility
  • Individuals continuing recovery after traditional therapy
  • People rebuilding after injury, illness, surgery, or hospitalization
  • Adults living with neurological or complex orthopedic conditions

No prior fitness experience is required.
